For any video that is being published using music from the subscription plan, a license should be created. Each license should include all of the songs that are being used in that specific video.
First, begin with building a project:
- Find a song you love, then click the plus (+) sign to the left of the Download Button followed by “Create New Project” and fill out the project details. If you're working from the Song Bar at the bottom of the page, click the three horizontal dot menu instead.
- Once you’ve built out your project, it’s time to create your license. To do this, click My Projects from the header of the website, then locate your new project from the list. Creating a license is how the video is legally protected at the time of upload.
- Click License next to one of the songs in the project then “Use Subscription.” Select the songs from the pop-up modal that will make it in the final cut of your video by clicking "Add" out beside each one. Finally, verify the License and Project Details to complete the license.
Locate any other songs you'd like to save and license for this project by adding them to the same project using the process above and selecting the project name. You can Download any songs as Preview tracks to test as well.

Tip: Each Project correlates to a single video or series you work on or give to a client. Use the Re-license feature to quickly license the same songs for an additional video with the same Project.
