For the Individual plan: Once you have completed the checkout process you’ll be invited to “Add your social accounts” on the “Subscription Activated” screen. The website will prompt you to link them via a pop-up window on the bottom right corner, in case you miss it. Also, you can link them from within your Account. To do so, click on the Subscriptions tab under your Account settings from the slide-out menu on the left-hand side of the page. Once you are there, you will see your Subscription plan and details. Out beside the name of the Subscription to the right, you should see a 3-dot menu. If you click there, you should then see the option appear to "Add Social Profiles". You’ll be able to link (1) Social Profile per platform, including YouTube.
For the Enterprise, Business, Non-Profit, and Wedding subscription plans: You will also be presented with the option to link the Social Profiles that are associated with your organization or brand to the plan. You’ll also be able to link (1) Social Profile per platform, including YouTube.
For any videos that are being provided to your clients to publish on their YouTube channels, the claims will be automatically cleared after the SyncID™ key has been entered into the description field during the initial upload process.
Note: To get your YouTube channel URL, log in to your YouTube account and click your profile photo in the top-right corner. Click 'my channel' and copy/paste the URL in your browser search bar. Be sure to watch the video on “What URL should I use” to make sure it is being entered correctly, since the field requires a specific URL. Please ensure that your subscriber count is set to public through YouTube Studio in order for our system to accept the URL.
